tuitalk is a division and brand of ARGELA-USA, Inc., a U.S. company, incorporated in Delaware, with headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and RnD facilities in Istanbul and Ankara in Turkey. ARGELA-USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of ARGELA Technologies, Istanbul, Turkey.

Our Technology

tuitalk customers download a software client that manages the ads and provides the calling capabilities. Using a special patent pending technology, tuitalk leverages IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) model (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_Multimedia_Subsystem) originally designed for 3G cellular networks, which carves out a service layer on top of a telecommunications network as a completely separable infrastructure, which can simultaneously connect to many operators telecommunications infrastructures and rapidly offer similar service capabilities (such as ad playing) without further work on the telecommunications network. The signaling technology used between the tuitalk client and tuitalk servers uses open protocols.
