1. How do I start making free international and domestic phone calls from my PC?
It’s really easy. First, you sign up for Tuitalk at www.tuitalk.com, and download the free Tuitalker Softphone on to the desktop of your PC or to your mobile phone. Just follow the steps listed here:
a. Go to www.tuitalk.com.
b. Click on the “Join Now” button.
c. Enter your basic profile information, and then click the "Next" button.
d. Click on the “Submit” button.
e. An e-mail containing your activation link will be sent to your e-mail address.
f. Click the activation link in your e-mail and set your password.
g. Click on the “Download” button to download the free Tuitalker softphone and install it on to your computer or your mobile phone.
h. Open the Tuitalk Softphone on your PC or mobile phone and Sign In using your e-mail address and password.
i. Select the flag of the country you are calling and dial the phone number you want to call using the soft keypad. You just need to dial the number as if you were making a local call; no country codes are necessary. The flag takes the place of the country code.
2. What operating systems are supported?
Currently, Windows Vista, XP, and Windows Mobile are supported. More will be added in the future, so check back with us.
3. Why do I have to fill out a profile to sign up to Tuitalk?
In order to use Tuitalk to make free PC to phone calls, free PC to mobile calls, and free mobile to mobile phone calls, you just need to enter your User Profile information. This Profile information will only be used to match video and banner advertisements to your interests. Please read the Privacy Policy to be assured that we will not be selling or distributing your information to any third parties.
4. Are there any daily limits for my free phone calls?
Yes, you can make 3 free calls per day which is up to 90 free phone calls per month. The length of each call depends on the country you are calling. You can find the list of countries and the length of each call on our Countries page. A timer on your computer screen will show you how much time you have during each free phone call.
5. How can I increase my daily talk time?
You can tell your friends to sign up for Tuitalk. This way, if you have already made your 3 free phone calls for the day, then you can have your friends call you back for more free calling time. The more friends you have using Tuitalk, the more people can call you for free. Let them know how easy it is to sign up for Tuitalk and start talking for free.
6. When do my daily limits start and end?
You can make 3 free phone calls per day. The daily limits for your account are reset every day at midnight, Pacific Standard Time (GMT - 8 hrs). That’s when your account is reset and you can make 3 more free phone calls.
7. Can I make free phone calls in North America?
Yes, you can make free phone calls to landlines and mobile phone numbers in the USA and Canada. You can also use Tuitalk to make free phone calls to landlines in Mexico.
8. Which countries can I call internationally for free? Can I use Tuitalk to make domestic calls?
As long as you have a PC or a Windows Mobile phone and an Internet connection, you can be anywhere in the world and make free international phone calls to over 40 countries. For a complete list, check out Tuitalk’s list of 40 Countries. You can also use Tuitalk to make domestic calls as long you are calling a phone number in 1 of our 40 countries. Just remember to select the country flag before entering the phone number.

10. How can I change or edit the information I entered in my profile?
a. Sign In at www.tuitalk.com, and click on the “My tuitalk” tab.
b. Click “Update Basic Profile” under “User Menu” at the right of screen to update your basic info.
c. Click “Define Extended Profile” if you have not entered it yet, or click “Update Extended Profile” if you need to modify your Extended Profile information.
11. My PC is behind a firewall. Can I still make free PC to phone calls?
The Tuitalker client has been designed to bypass firewalls, including a Windows XP/Vista firewall or firewall software. In case your phone call does not go through, please try disabling your Windows or other software firewall.
12. I cannot see the Tuitalk logo on Tuitalker client screen; what does this mean?
This means that Tuitalk cannot play the advertisement videos due to the problems with Adobe Flash Player installation at your PC. Please follow the steps on the Adobe site to update your Adobe Flash Player.
If you are asked to upgrade your Flash, you can download the latest version of the Tuitalker Softphone and you should be able to continue using Tuitalk without any problems.
14. How do I rate and comment on the ads?
You can view and rate the advertisement videos once you sign in to Tuitalk. Click the “My tuitalk” tab and then click on the “View Ad Clips” link. You can rate the clip, write a comment and read others’ opinions about the advertising video.
15. How can this be free? What's the catch?
Tuitalk can offer free international and domestic phone calls because of our advertisers. Before your call connects, you will watch a short video ad (30 seconds max) and you will view banner ads during your free phone call. These advertisers are sponsoring your free phone calls and you can click on the ads without disconnecting your free phone call.
16. Does the person I call have to sign up for Tuitalk, too?
The person you are calling will be answering your call on their landline or mobile phone, so they will not know that you are using Tuitalk and they do not need to sign up to Tuitalk to receive your call. No one will know that you are using Tuitalk to make a free call unless you want to tell them how easy it is to use Tuitalk to make free phone calls.
17. When I call someone using Tuitalk, what number will appear as my callback number?
When you call someone using Tuitalk, the person you are calling will not see any phone number.
